LEADERSHIP COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK
We work closely with senior and emerging leaders, starting with self-awareness, to build a bespoke development plan based on the results attained from measuring against the actual behavioural traits that make up each of the 14 competencies of the Leadership Framework. Our sophisticated assessment tools enable us to objectively assess each individual.
There are a number of Tribero solutions that will support each leader through their very own bespoke development plan. These include: on-line resources, 1:1 coaching, group activities or workshops and other tools & techniques to enhance performance and develop leadership skills, competencies and behaviours.
